The guarantee
Every edition of TEETH comes with a 30-day money-back guarantee. Read it. Run the drills. If it doesn't change how you're treated, ask for a refund and you'll get one. No questions, no hoops.
How long you have
You have 30 days to request a refund. Because TEETH is on pre-order, the 30 days start on the later of two dates: the day you purchased, or the day your edition was delivered to you. Pre-order customers can also request a refund at any time before release.
Ebook and audiobook editions
Digital editions are refunded in full. When a refund is issued, your access to the ebook, audiobook, member area, and The Pack ends.
Paperback edition
The paperback is printed to order. You can request a full refund within your 30-day window. You do not need to return the book.
If you cancel before your paperback has been sent to print, we'll cancel the print order. Once a book has been printed, the order can't be changed or cancelled, but your refund guarantee still applies.
Damaged, misprinted, or lost books
If your paperback arrives damaged or misprinted, email us within 30 days of delivery with your order email and a photo of the problem. We'll send a free replacement.
If your tracking shows no movement for 30 days, or your package is marked delivered but never arrived, contact us and we'll help resolve it with the carrier or send a replacement.
